VALENTINO Sound Effects CDs and downloads are sold with the understanding that you will synchronize selected sounds directly into end-use productions produced by the purchaser from the original CD or download without need of further payment. The use of VALENTINO Sound Effects in a networked or multi-user environment from servers for use by more than two workstations or client users or multiple copy distribution is not authorized unless you have obtained permission in the form of a Sound Effects License from VALENTINO. Any purchases of VALENTINO Sound Effects on CDs or downloads from servers of resellers of VALENTINO Sound Effects are not to be re-sold in any format as individual sound effects or as a sound effects library without a written distribution and/or license agreement from VALENTINO.

All “Royalty-free” use of music or sound effects product produced by VALENTINO on either CD or as downloads extends only to personal use by the person or entity purchasing the music or sound effects. The use of music or sound effects does not extend to broadcast, feature film, re-sale use in any format, or distribution in any other format such as ringtones without further license or distribution agreement.
