The fees that apply for the resale of VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects as Music or Sound Effects as Ringtones, Ringbacks and similar applications are separate and distinct from fees for the utilization of the VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects within film, Television, Radio or related programming.
