RINGTONES produced from the VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects catalogs are licensed on a royalty basis.  The fees that apply for the resale of VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects as Music or Sound Effects as Ringtones, Ringbacks and similar applications are separate and distinct from fees for the utilization of the VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects within film, Television, Radio or related programming.  The License Agreement for the use of VALENTINO Production Music and Sound Effects Library content to be used for resale as music and sound effects ringtones can be viewed at   RINGTONE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
